Susan & Andria

Advice. Advocacy… Advantage.

Susan and her team have built a trusted reputation across the city — but for her, Etobicoke will always be home. Born and raised here, she knows every corner of the neighbourhood, from its quiet, tree-lined streets to its bustling cafés, local shops, and family-owned restaurants.

“It’s such an attractive area with a strong pull,” Susan smiles. “Etobicoke is a hidden gem — just fifteen minutes from downtown and ten from the airport. The wonderful thing is that everyone knows each other — there’s never more than six degrees of separation.”

While Etobicoke is the foundation of her business, Susan’s reach extends beyond the city. With deep family roots in Simcoe County she helps clients make smooth transitions between city life and country living — often guiding them through both sides of the move.

The fast-paced GTA market can be intense, but Susan believes success comes down to patience, insight, and connection.

“It’s all about listening,” she says. “Understanding what truly matters to each client helps us weigh the wants, the needs, and the realities — that’s how we make decisions that just feel right.”

Working alongside Susan is Andria, whose calm focus and shared client-first philosophy make her the perfect complement. Together, they bring energy, organization, and a sense of ease to every transaction.

“There’s never been a time when one of us couldn’t step in to help the other,” Susan explains. “Our clients know they have a team behind them — not just one person.”

That teamwork translates directly into their results. Whether preparing a home for market, negotiating the perfect purchase, or handling the many moving parts behind the scenes, Susan and Andria approach each step with care, precision, and purpose.

“Success isn’t just about closing a deal,” Susan reflects. “It’s about helping people feel supported and confident in one of life’s biggest decisions. When clients know we’re genuinely invested in their goals — that’s when the real magic happens.”
