Six Step Approach to a Successful Sale

From our initial meeting to enjoying a coffee around the kitchen table in your brand new home I will be at your service. The steps in the process can be tricky to navigate and I will keep you informed all the way through.

1. We will meet to determine the property strategy and I will recommend the pricing to support it

2. Together, and with the help of my trusted contacts, we will prepare your home for listing; (repairs, staging, gardening, photography floor planning)

3. In addition to submission on MLS, I will advertise your home to the applicable target market using print, electronic and social media. I will work with other Realtors to motivate their buyers
4. I will analyze market conditions daily and provide updates on influence and relevance to your home
5. I will ensure you are skillfully represented in negotiations to achieve the highest offer possible
6. Throughout the conditional and closing periods I will work closely with your Lawyer to successfully complete the transaction
